Which Material We Use?
Environment in the factory is both acidic and alkaline because of the chemicals which are being used. Salt, arsenic, chromium, formic acid and etc. are very abrasive. Thus, all the material which are used in the making of the machinery are crucially important to choose.
Wooden Parts
The woods used in the making of main frame are specially chosen,ovendriedf and imported from Africa such as: Tali, Ireko, Sapelli, Apome or Movengi.
If domestic red pine is considered in order to make it more affordable that is suitable as well but in terms of loading capacity and operating life is considerably shorter.
Stainless Steel
All the equipment and surfaces (door, drainer and, fasteners) that contacts the leather and the chemicals are made of “316-L Class” stainless steel.
ST Coded Steels
All the bearer shafts and sandpaper surfaces are made of “ST 44 – 52 Class” steel
Cast Iron
All the equipment that are exposed to dead weight are being produced of Sfero Moulding.
Tempered Steel
All the gears that are being used to make the gear box are made of tempered steel and assembled with precision grinding and carburizing.
Ultrasonic Alloy Bronze
All the sliding surfaces which work under heavy cushioning are made of high-alloy bronze.
